Dr. Bracey joins Guilford Orthopaedics August, 2024 - More Information Coming Soon!

Dr Daniel Bracey comes to Guilford Orthopaedics after having served on faculty at the University of North Carolina for 4 years. He brings a passion for both primary and complex joint reconstruction and looks forward to serving the Greensboro community and surrounding areas. Dr Bracey prioritizes the doctor-patient relationship in his practice which he believes is the most essential element in delivering personalized orthopaedic care. When choosing to undergo large elective surgery, surgeons must first earn the trust of their patients to ensure this relationship will safely support the patients needs not only around the time of surgery but also for the duration of their postoperative care, which in the case of joint replacement should last as long as the patient lives with these prosthetic joints that require semi routine surveillance. Every patients joint replacement experience is different with unique needs and occasional bumps in the road during their recovery. Dr. Bracey approaches his patients knowing they will have their own unique experience. While at UNC-Chapel Hill, Dr Bracey managed a large volume of complex patient with unique medical and surgical needs and he also cared for a large population of patients referred with challenging postoperative complications. As a result, he feels fully prepared to manage all patients entrusting their care into the Guilford Orthopaedic practice.

We look forward to Dr Bracey joining our Guilford Orthopaedic family where he will start seeing new patients in August 2024!
